- Responsible for the hiring, orientation, training, discipline, assigning duties, keeping record of security guard data/attendance/overtime, grant them leaves & supervising of security guards.
- Ensure implementation for the body searching of all workers while in & out at the gate.
- Check and control all entrance/exit for employees, Guests, Visitors & check of loading/unloading vehicles as per documentation & Company SOP of the entire Factory premises.
- Keep an eye on all activities, those are harmful for the organization and take the necessary action as per requirement and company policy
- Responsible for the Security of Haier and all sister concerned companies' internal / external warehouses, assets/properties, Chinese, Management
- Ensure to provide security to Chinese nationals at the Colony and while going outside the Factory as per policy.
- Responsible for the maintenance, serviceability, renewal of licenses, safe custody of Company weapons, keep records of Arms/rounds.
- To assist in the investigation of the theft matters, workers fight cases & all discipline voilation cases as per company policy.
- Keep informed to Manager Security about all happenings in the factory for 24/7 in written / verbal and act upon his directions.
- Take part in safety SOPs implementations and controls.
- Any other task assigned by HOD
