Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies for growth.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
- Generate accurate reports for management and stakeholders.
- Oversee inventory control and optimization.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance and support to finance team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in finance management, preferably in embroidery manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets for financial analysis.
- Knowledge of embroidery manufacturing processes and production management.
- Familiarity with gateway pass procedures and documentation
