Revit Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Revit Architectural Draftsman to join our creative team. Your responsibilities will include creating technical drawings, plans, and sections for building projects, and assisting our architects in the design and planning process. An ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of drafting techniques, a familiarity with architectural fundamentals, and proficiency in Revit software.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed architectural drawings using Revit software.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy.
Interpret architectural sketches and specifications into detailed drawings.
Revise and update existing drawings to reflect changes or modifications.
Ensure all architectural drawings comply with industry standards and building codes.
Prepare and review project documentation and specifications.
Assist in estimating material quantities and costs.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Revit and other CAD software.
Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field preferred.
Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
3-4 years of professional work experience in Revit is required.
