Customer Service Executive

We are seeking two highly motivated and skilled female Customer Service Executives to join our team in Bahria Town, Islamabad. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service during the night shift, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.

Job Title: Female Customer Service Employees Location: Bahria Town, Islamabad Shift: Night Shift (16 hours)

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner during the night shift.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and provide seamless customer service.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.

Requirements:

Female only with excellent communication skills in English.
Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work night shifts (16 hours) in Bahria Town, Islamabad.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
