We seek a skilled and motivated Foreign Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong understanding of foreign supplier searching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate foreign suppliers.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Understand and meet procurement requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with the team.
- Draft professional emails and other correspondence.
- Maintain and update procurement records in Excel and Word.
- Utilize WeChat for communication with suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of WeChat is a plus.
- Lahore resident preferred.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
