HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager with extensive expertise to join our FMCG startup in Lahore. The ideal candidate is a male professional with a minimum of 5 -10 years of HR experience in the FMCG industry. This role demands strategic oversight of corporate staff and factory workers, with a focus on internal branding, employee relations, hierarchy, and policy-making. The HR Manager will also support HiTech's operations in Pakistan and drive recruitment for key roles in creative, sales, marketing, and factory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment for corporate, creative, sales, marketing, and factory positions.
Manage HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee corporate culture, internal branding, and employee relations strategies.
Develop and implement hierarchy structures and HR policies for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle grievances across all teams.
Direct subordinates to provide HR support for various requirements.
Maintain HR records and manage payroll for a diverse workforce.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
5–10 years of HR experience, particularly in the FMCG sector and corporate culture.
Expertise in policy-making, team hierarchy management, and recruitment.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Based in or willing to relocate to Lahore, Pakistan.
