Responsibilities:

Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and customer retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are being met
Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as necessary
Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance and revenue growth
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field 1+ years of experience in finance, account management, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
