Chief Finance Controller

A Group, operating in diverse industries including Real Estate is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Finance Controller to join our team. If you are a CA Qualified professional with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, we invite you to apply for this key leadership position.

Qualification & Experience: - CA Qualified - Minimum of 5 years of diversified post-qualification experience

Company Information: The Group is engaged in various sectors, including Real Estate, Printing & Packaging, Environment Friendly Projects, Exports, and New Startup. It is a dynamic and expanding organization committed to excellence in all the ventures.

Salary: The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary of 400K - 425K per month along with additional benefits.

Job Description: As the Chief Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the group. Key responsibilities include:

Managing the finance team and ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting
Hands-on experience with accounting software and systems
Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, budgets, and forecasts
Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Overseeing cash flow management, financial planning, and budgeting processes
Conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements
Collaborating with stakeholders, including senior management, to drive financial growth and efficiency
Dealing with multiple companies and projects within the group

Requirements:

CA Qualified with at least 5 years of relevant and post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Experience working in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
