Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Maintain customer records, updating information in the database as needed.
- Provide product or service information, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Shipping) to resolve customer issues or delays.
- Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements for services and products.
- Ensure customer interactions are handled in a polite, empathetic, and effective manner.
- Meet or exceed company performance standards, including response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
