Phone Banking Officer (Third Party Contract)

Currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join team as Phone Banking Officers. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the banking industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to the customer.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills and customer-centric approach.
