Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Safa Burj Mall. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our mall and drive quality leads. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage leads effectively to convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to support business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and partnerships to attract customers and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Collaborate with tenants to support their marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with the mall\'s overall brand strategy.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
