Candidate Profile: Fresh to 1-3 years of experience

- We are expanding and are looking for a new candidate to join our team. We are looking for bright new graduate with interest in Logistics and Supply Chain Services.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an office environment and executing daily administrative tasks.
- We need someone who is able to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate should be resourceful, quick learner and have strengths in meeting deadlines, working with shipping documents, filing and communicating.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handling Shipping Documents and filing in the companies ERP
- Tracking status with truckers, ocean carriers and keeping clients and agents up to date with progress reports
- Maintain good relationships with clients and assist with general inquiries and follow all special instructions
- Provide timely updates on all shipments
- Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work and following up with related tasks as assigned by team leader
- Independent and Cooperative Research
- Calls to new and existing vendors, customers and carriers
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelors Degree
- English, Urdu (other languages +)
- Strong Typing proficiency
- Microsoft Office
- Team work skills
- Negotiation skill
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
