We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, an ability to handle sensitive information, and a focus on creating a positive workplace environment. Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate and perform the duties of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires feel welcomed and informed.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  2. Employee Relations
    • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and resolving conflicts.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture by handling employee relations matters sensitively and professionally.
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employment law.
  3. Performance Management
    • Support the implementation of performance management processes and provide training on evaluation best practices.
    • Assist in the development and facilitation of performance improvement plans as needed.
    • Work closely with management to ensure employees receive timely feedback and development opportunities.
  4. Benefits Administration
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave of absence programs.
    • Assist employees with benefit inquiries and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Conduct benefits orientation and manage annual open enrollment.
  5. Compliance & Record Keeping
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
    • Maintain employee records and documentation accurately and securely.
    • Prepare HR-related reports as needed for audits and management review.
  6. Training & Development
    • Support employee development initiatives, including identifying training needs and coordinating programs.
    • Assist with the development and facilitation of training sessions on HR policies, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and other relevant topics.
  7. Other HR Projects
    • Participate in various HR projects to drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives to support the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Fluency in English is required; strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
