Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily shrink film production activities, including setup, operation, and maintenance of shrink film machines.
Lead, train and motivate a team of production operators and technicians. Schedule shifts, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
Ensure that shrink film products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Identify areas for improvement in the production process. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Oversee routine maintenance and repair of shrink film machinery. Coordinate with the maintenance department for major repairs and upgrades.
