• Oversee the entire production process, including machine setup, operation, and shutdown.

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.

• Monitor product quality at various stages of production and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to product specifications and standards.

• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive maintenance of extrusion blow molding machines.

• Coordinate repairs and troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime.

• Lead and supervise a team of production technicians and operators.

• Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the production process.

• Implement changes and evaluate their impact on productivity and product quality.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Promote a culture of safety and adherence to best practices within the production team.

• Maintain detailed records of production data, including machine settings, material usage, and production output.

• Generate regular reports on production performance and efficiency.
