Collaborate with the team to develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production targets.
Ensure efficient utilization of production lines, including Krones equipment, to optimize throughput.
Continuously improve production processes, identify bottlenecks, and streamline operations to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Implement best practices to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure adequate supply and minimal waste.
Coordinate with the store and warehouse teams to optimize inventory.
Work closely with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and store, to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution.
Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of the production team.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to beverage production.
Implement innovative ideas and technologies to improve production processes.
Provide regular reports on production metrics, challenges, and recommended improvements.
