  • Skillfully negotiate contract terms and conditions for mutual benefit.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to the sales manager.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvement efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
  • Be flexible and adaptive in response to changing market conditions and client demands.
  • Ensure smooth handover of clients to the customer success and support teams for seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services or products to existing clients.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and promote offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences to showcase offerings and network with potential clients.
