Graphics Designer / Video Editor

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphics Designer & Video Editor with experience in the real estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating captivating social media designs, banners, and engaging video content tailored specifically for the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality graphic designs and video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Create eye-catching banners, ads, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns to promote real estate listings and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design and video editing skills.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor, preferably with a focus on the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience creating content optimized for each platform.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to take direction and work independently when needed.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Previous experience working with real estate agents or agencies. Knowledge of 3D modeling/rendering software is a plus.
