Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support our accounting department in various tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist with payroll processing.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Provide support during audits.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements:

Education: BBA/B.com
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
