International Travel Consultant

GM Booking Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate and highly motivated International Travel Consultant to join our team, you will be responsible for helping clients plan, customize, and book their Umrah Package. Your expertise and exceptional customer service will be instrumental in creating memorable travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in understanding their travel preferences and needs, providing expert advice on Umrah package options.
Tailor Umrah packages to meet individual client requirements, including ziarats, Travelling, accommodations, and budget.
Stay up-to-date on hotels, and travel destinations to offer informed recommendations and information to clients.
Handle the entire booking process, from making reservations to processing payments and securing necessary travel documents.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client information, travel itineraries, and financial transactions.
Follow up with clients after their trips to gather feedback, build relationships, and encourage repeat business.
Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
