We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented female office staff member to join our dynamic team. you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our busy office, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and stocked as needed.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including faxes and emails.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Manage office finances, including handling petty cash and reconciling bank statements.
  • Maintain office organization, including filing documents and keeping workspaces tidy.
  • Provide customer service support to clients, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
