We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The successful candidate will manage the accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision on making.
- Accounting Operations
- Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and oversee audits.
- Analyze financial performance and trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to support long-term business planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest operational improvements.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.
