Responsibilities:

  3. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

  4. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among team members.

  5. Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

  6. Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency within the team.

  7. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges and bottlenecks in the development process, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

  8. Client Interaction: Interface with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates on project status, and address any concerns or feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with expertise in frontend technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and Python (Django).
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
