The ideal candidate should love talking to people and be proactive in solving issues. You will be responsible for converting Leads into long-term Customer Sales.

About the position

Campaign type: Outbound sales

Job timings: Night shift (09:00 PM - 05:00 AM)

Location; Johar Town, Lahore

Compensation ;

Compensation would be 35,000/- Basic Salary
20,000 -35,000 in commission.

Qualifications

At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience with a reputed Call Center ( OUTBOUND call center experience is preferred )
Incumbents should have intermediate or above qualifications.

Responsibilities

Make OUTBOUND calls to leads provided by your team lead and convert leads to Sales.
Communicate with customers via phone and email.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.

Requirements

Candidate must have proficient English communication skills, customer support Focus, and impeccable English Grammar skills with an English accent of United states is plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
