Ensure implementation of assigned roles and responsibilities of the Safety and Quality management system
Provide support to enhance the Safety Culture throughout the organization.
Ensure the completion of Incident investigations assigned & ensure the correct identification of the root causes and recommendations.
Ensure to conduct the assigned workplace inspection as per the approved plan.
Assist in external stakeholders' management such as Regulatory Bodies, Auditors, and Customers where required.
Support HSE & Quality related training programs and conduct/arrange training programs for potential occupational HSE hazards.
Develop and ensure the implementation of an Emergency response management system at the station (s), which includes ERP Manual, procedures, awareness plans, emergency contact details, drill plans, and evacuation maps.
Ensure compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
Ensure on-time CAPA closure for audits, self-inspections, and incident actions.
Maintain awareness of relevant new/emerging IATA regulations and participate in any consultation processes, to ensure the company is well-positioned to manage any impact.
