The Sales / Marketing Officer is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to enhance the visibility and profitability of our company. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Creating marketing and social media capaigns and strategies.
Collecting customer data and analyzing interactions and visits.
Growing and expanding companay's social media presence onto social media platforms.
Reserching and monitoring the activities of competitors.
Creating appealing written or graphic content.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Attending walk-in customers and answering customer queries online.
Doing cold calls and emails.

Qualifications:

High School or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. (Fresh graduates can also apply)Benefits
