This position is located in I.I Chundrigar area. Preference will be given to the Fresh Graduates and Local Candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over the phone to assist them with a wide range of banking inquiries and transactions.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications
- Multiple Language Proficiency
