MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the team of internal software developers and ensure that they are trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
Coordinate with Line Managers to identify their requirements for the development of new software applications.
Develops software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Act as an in-house expert for all software related issues and provide training to the staff as required.
Monitor and control the software development budget.
