Position Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing IT graduates in diverse roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their IT recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as networking, job boards, social media, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job specifications and company culture.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing valuable insights.
- Stay informed about IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and job market dynamics to provide expert advice to candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized records within our applicant tracking system.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Minimum graduate with a degree in HR or a related field, demonstrating a strong interest in technology and recruitment.
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or anything similar is a plus factor.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with IT professionals and clients effectively.
- Proficiency in using online platforms, social media, and networking for candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate candidate evaluations and administrative tasks.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
