In this role, you will oversee all legal matters, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting business decisions with sound legal expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure the company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle litigation and manage external legal counsel as needed.
- Advise management on risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on new laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
- Lead legal due diligence on transactions and corporate governance matters.
