Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to secure new business deals.
Generate sales leads through proactive cold calls and internet research.
Handle freight negotiation & provide quotations to customers
Ensure timely and effective communication by checking and following up on emails.
Collaborate with carriers and customers for seamless operational coordination.
Handle general data entry tasks using Local and Google software.
Implement digital media and new marketing strategies and maintain a vibrant market presence.

Skills Required:

Fast learning ability to promptly understand basic logistics/supply chain movements and develop an understanding of changing market conditions and industry dynamics.
Excellent sales negotiation skills.
Proficiency and fluency in professional / sales communication through speech and E-mail.
Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and software applications.
Strong business mindset with a proactive thinking approach.
Experience in marketing and social media / digital media platforms (maintaining a good online presence, familiarity with marketing techniques and generating posts and updates)
