1) Ensure proper follow up of Customer Induction Process.
2) Ensure to maintain a personal contact to determine the motivation level of all clients.
3) Ensure presence of Attendants and convey problem(s), if any, without undue delay to the Senior Instructor/HOD.
4) Guide customers in the use of gym equipment and exercises.
5) Maintain Workout files of all members with due follow up on specified goals and assessments.
6) Maintain Advance Monthly Assessment Schedule of each customer on Workout Follow up Plan.
7) Convey any replacement / repair of equipment(s) to the Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Department without undue delay.
8) Ensure oiling and cleaning of the gym equipment.
9) Ensure follow up of Duty Assignment Detail.
10) Ensure presence of attendant(s) in gym timings.
11) Attend Training classes as and when conducted as assigned by the Management.
