A London-based asset management company established its office in Islamabad in 2021.
The office has seen rapid growth over the last 12 months and continues to grow in 2024.
The company also provides middle and back-office services to its office in Monaco.
London is the operational hub of the entire group.
In 2021, the group set up FGK Back Office Services in Islamabad as an offshore centre that supports the London operations.
Due to the success of this office, we are now looking to hire additional people to support this office in Islamabad.
FGK Back Office Services (Private) Limited is engaged in Back Office Services and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
FGK Back Office Services (Private) Limited started its operations in December 2021 with a strategic decision and ambition to provide Back Office Services to Financial and Banking Sector Companies working domestically and overseas.

Our Back Office Services include but are not limited to:

Data management.
Operations support.
Accounting & reporting.
Portfolio reconciliation.

FGK Back Office Services (Private) Limited needs to improve our outlook going forward in the Digital Online Arena.
Therefore, to execute these tasks, we require a Web Developer and a professional Operations team at Islamabad.

The Web Developer will take responsibility for the following duties:

Designing of the overall architecture of the web application for the Group Companies.
Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application.
Integration of web application with client portal.
Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
Implementation of security and data protection.
Translation of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements.
Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application.
Continuously updating the web application with respect to the latest developments in business industry news and journals etc.
Analyse and manage technical requirements of the website.
Analyse and perform website updates.
SEO implementation.

Skill Sets Required:

Qualified to graduate level from a recognized university with majors in Computer Science.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in designing and developing websites and applications.
Solid knowledge of PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript, WordPress etc.
Knowledge of working with databases including MySQL, SQL, NoSQL, etc.
Good understanding of technical and programming terminologies.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Self-starter and motivated.
Willing to work as part of a team.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
