Responsibilities:
Bid Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of bidding on projects, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Analyze project requirements and prepare competitive bids to secure new business opportunities.
Client Communication:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Effectively communicate our offerings and tailor proposals to meet client expectations.
Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving our bidding strategies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and project teams to align bidding strategies with overall business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proven experience as a Bidder or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the bidding process and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
