The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, with a preference for proficiency in spoken English. Candidates with command over Excel and prior call center experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls promptly and provide accurate, satisfactory responses to inquiries and concerns
  • Cater to customer demands according to their specifications
  • Skillfully de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate/Graduate level of education
  • Proficiency in spoken English (Preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent active listening abilities
  • Possess a patient and empathetic attitude

Timings: 12pm to 9pm
