Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients or customers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects.
  • Present and promote the company's products or services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Make recommendations to improve products or services based on market feedback.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly.
  • Use CRM software or tools for efficient data management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales plans and targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree  (preferred)
