We are currently looking to hire Telesales representatives / Call center Agents.

Timings:

For female 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm . Basic Salary 25,000 to 50,000 +commission + refreshment and friendly environment. There is no any job charges and hidden fee.

We give a 15 days paid training.

Workdays: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Minimum Education: Bachelors with fluent in the English language.

Description:

Managing outbound/ inbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow the communication “script.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.

Requirements:

Minimum education: Bachelors / B.com / Masters
The candidate should be able to speak & understand English and must have phone etiquette
Selling skills and understanding of sales processes.
Should have a can-do attitude & must be responsible and reliable.
