Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory and financial statements.
- Help develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and report on budget variances.
- Process and track invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts for accuracy.
- Conduct financial analysis, offering insights and recommendations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure operational funds availability.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Aid in tax filings and ensure tax law compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in QuickBooks or MySQL a plus.
- Familiarity with business taxation.
