As the Operations Lead, you will oversee plant activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity. The ideal candidate should have a background in chemical process operations and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and provide electrical and mechanical support for problems in Refrigeration systems.
All kinds of repair and maintenance work at the screw and reciprocating compressors.
Familiar with P&ID drawings, and mechanical and electrical drawings.
Write professional service and assessment reports, reports formal and informal to the service manager.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors.
Collaborating with clients to turn their ideas to a successful product.
Electro-Mechanical Skills required
Knowledge of PLC and instruments attached with ammonia refrigeration System.
Provide leadership to the operational team in the Ammonia Plant.
Plan, organize, and execute daily operations to achieve production targets.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient operations.
Keep tracks of Spare Parts and Control log usage.
DAE/B.TECH Mech/Electrical, Bachelor\\\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7-8 of experience handling ammonia refrigeration system.
FMCG experience will be an advantage.
