We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Ads Manager with experience running and managing campaigns across Amazon, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of each platform's advertising systems, targeting options, and performance tracking. They should be able to create, optimize, and analyze campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage ad campaigns across Amazon, Meta, and TikTok.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (impressions, CTR, conversions, CPA, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with overall strategy and branding.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bids to improve performance.
Stay updated with platform changes, new features, and advertising trends to ensure optimal ad performance.
Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective ad spend across all platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience running successful ad campaigns on Amazon, Meta, and TikTok.
Strong knowledge of each platform's advertising tools, including Amazon Advertising Console, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
Experience with targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of eCommerce, D2C brands, or similar industries is a plus.
