- Handling of Export Queries (Rates/Tracking)
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations.
- Communication with foreign agents to negotiate rates.
- Rate quotation of FCL/Ocean Freight to Clients.
- Create HBL and check all the specifications of HBL and print the final HBL
- Adding MBL details
- Sent Pre-alert documents to Agent.
- Familiar with Export procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Export Shipment Follow-up.
