Community Management / Sales Executive

As the Community Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our online community, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, interacting with followers, and converting leads into loyal customers. Your creative mindset and interpersonal skills will be vital in building a strong online presence for our brand and nurturing a loyal customer base.

Responsibilities:

Community Management:

Manage and monitor social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from the community to build positive relationships with current and potential customers.
Identify and address customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Lead Generation:

Proactively identify potential lead opportunities through social media channels, forums, and other online platforms.
Initiate conversations with prospects, and nurture relationships to convert leads into sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in community management and sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or call center.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
Proficient in using social media management tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and prospects.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
