1-2 years experience of working in a freight forwarding or import and export environment
Knowledge of import process
Arranging letter of authorities from the consignees
Arranging release with the line on customer behalf
Arranging deliveries to customer sites
Liaising with the hauliers and transport company to book deliveries in timely manner.
Keep and update database of rates and charges.
Always on the look for cheaper haulage rates from the ports we cover.
invoicing the customers and ensuring payments are collected in due time.
Checking supplier invoices and raising it with suppliers if any issues.
Ensuring high level of customer service is offered
Ensuring profit maximization.

You will be provided with full training

25 days holidays + Bank holidays.
