Key Responsibilites:
- Conduct surveys, analyze equipment performance, and implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency, reduce consumption, and minimize power losses.
- Oversee operations of boiler-based power plant, national grid, and solar panels, ensuring efficient power distribution, load balancing, and consumption monitoring.
- Lead maintenance efforts, implement preventive schedules, and promptly resolve electrical issues to ensure continuous production and reliable equipment performance.
- Research advanced technologies, propose innovative solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain necessary certifications for safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 7-10 years’ experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and control systems.
- Proficiency in electrical design and analysis software.
- Understanding of smart grid technologies, energy storage systems, and demand-side management strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and innovative mindset.
