Major accountabilities:

Develop and oversee quality assurance systems, conduct root cause analysis of defects, and implement corrective actions to ensure product standards.
Supervise and train the knitting QC team, enhance team performance, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Streamline processes by auditing machine settings, coordinating with production teams, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare detailed analytical reports, maintain accurate documentation in ERP, and provide updates to senior management on quality performance and improvements.

Criteria

7-10 years of experience working in textiles in the relevant field.Educational background.
Matric to B.A with Relevant work experience.
Technical diploma/certification with hands-on knowledge will be preferred.

Computer Literacy.

Ability to understand the Integrated reports and take action on it.
Ability to work on Excel with basic formulas.

General Communication skills.

Ability to absorb technical knowledge while being a good listener.
Ability to write/answer professional dossier and emails.
