We are looking for an experienced supply chain/Import manager to ensure our supply chain and import operations function properly.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to create effective business plans, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability.

Annually Stock Procurement, Managing Purchase AF Centre in the field, Inventory handling, Dedicate Vehicle Fleet Management, vehicles cycle coordination, Out-Bound AF Logistics Management,

Plant In-bound logistics management, 3RD Party Logistics Planning, Weekly KPI’s and Performance Monitoring, Monitor Replenishment level/algorithms Vs stock levels at the plant site.

Internal & External audits management without any inventory Variance, Variance reduction KPI’s implementation, Environment Controlled storage management without any HSE incident., Pull Vs Push Supply Chain Management, Space Utilization KPI implementation in field material collection, Safety KPI’s implementation, Warehouses Controls Implementation, Cash-Inventory-cash cycle implementation, Improve pipeline & Demand visibility, Monitoring (OTIF, Case Fill, Line Fill), Damaged and Expired inventory usage, Reducing stock variances on a monthly basis,

Insurance claim Recovery on accidental cases, ABC inventory management, Freight Bills Automation on ERP, Warehouse expenses Automation in software & excel, Inter warehouse Stock Transfer Check, Supplier Selection, Daily Logistics Reporting, Logistics Efficiencies KPI’s Creation and Implementation,

Route Plan creation & implementation, 3rd party warehouse inventory management. Team training for inventory & Logistics management,

Reduction in dead stock, Freight Rate Negotiation, Site Selection SOP Creation & Implementation budget handling, In-bound logistics management (raw material & stores and spares related). ·

Stores & Spares Inventory Management.
Monitor Replenishment level/algorithms Vs stock levels.

Cash to inventory cycle implementation
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and weekly meeting against the target.
Reports Generation based on historical data, seasonality, trends, and all the external events.
Planning and preparing Brand/PackMixfor existing and new products keeping in view the supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Implementation of Sales Programs Advanced Ordering Process for all Distributors, Go-to-Market Strategies for Sales Force.
Managing several KPI’s including forecast accuracy, inventories value and coverage, SLOB, catalog and service rate.
Optimize the catalog challenging the business for the best “in/out” rationalization.
MRP management keeping raw material &external factors.
Leading Multiple packaging transitions despite skewed stock covers.
Weekly KPI’s and performance. Monitoring (OTIF, Case Fill, Line Fill).
