Sr. Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Senior Executive/Manager with excellent sales experience and a strong understanding of the construction or architectural industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s client base and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, architecture, and related industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and developers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential partnerships.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and project teams) to ensure seamless project execution.
Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote brand visibility.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience (3-5+ years) in business development or sales, preferably in the construction, architecture, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of architectural and construction processes, trends, and terminologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close high-value deals.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
