Manage and supervise all administrative functions of the housing society, including maintenance and security..
Handle residents’ queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and timely collection of dues.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and other services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
