  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and timely collection of dues.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and other services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
