We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Etsy Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing Etsy accounts, with a deep understanding of the platform's nuances and best practices. This is an office-based position where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Etsy store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Etsy store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive traffic to our Etsy store.
- Monitor customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews, and ensure timely responses and resolutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to coordinate promotions, campaigns, and social media efforts to support our Etsy store.
