Role and Responsibilities

Develop and implement educational strategies that align with academic standards and foster a culture of academic excellence.
Implement academic calendar, scheme of studies and ensure all academic activities are executed as planned.
Monitor and assess teaching methods, train teachers and provide guidance
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture among faculty and staff.
Monitor student performance and take necessary actions to improve student outcomes.
Oversee student welfare, discipline, and extracurricular activities.
Implement effective communication strategies to keep parents informed and engaged in the educational process of students in parent-teacher meetings.
Evaluate staff performance for Annual Appraisal.
Recruit, hire, and evaluate high-quality teachers, administrators, and support staff.
Allocate resources effectively to support educational programs and maintain school operations.
Ensure financial accountability and transparency.
Compliance with all relevant local, state, and provincial regulations.
Implementation of organizational policies, rules and regulations within the school premises.
